Personal In-flight Entertainment System – VIDIBOX
To enhance your inflight entertainment experience, EL AL offers an exclusive service – an individual portable entertainment system, the VIDIBOX. The VOD technology enables you to choose the content you want – all at your own convenience and to suit your personal preferences.
What programs are available on the portable entertainment system?
The VIDIBOX offers a large selection of films, television series, children’s programs, news in a choice of languages, sport and food programs, popular programs from the Keshet station, games for all ages and dozens of music albums for you to choose from.
Where is the service offered?
The service is available on flights to and from the following destinations*: London, Paris, Toronto, Bangkok, Beijing and Johannesburg. The number of players on each flight is limited.
* Except on 777 aircraft which feature VOD entertainment systems.
Does the service entail a fee?
Business Class passengers enjoy the VIDIBOX as a regular part of the service in this Class on the routes mentioned above.
The service is provided for a token payment to Economy Class passengers: $10 to/from European destinations and $15 to/from Far East, African and trans-Atlantic destinations.
How is the service ordered for Economy Class passengers?
Please note: As the number of PMP players is limited, we recommend pre-ordering on the EL AL website, to assure availability.
The service can be ordered up to 14 hours before the flight on the EL AL website, www.elal.co.il, and through the reservations center of the Mobile Company at 03-9772312 as well as through the Moblie.net website, www.moblie.net
