Your PR welcomes you, guides you to your queue and handles all arrangements before you board your flight. Check-in is at EL AL’s special EL AL Platinum check-in counters. You also enjoy priority at the EL AL cashier booth, where posted signs direct you to the proper counter.

EL AL Platinum / EL AL Business Class passengers with special needs, such as those flying with babies or the elderly requiring special assistance, will be directed a specially marked counter adjacent to the Shalom Service counters to receive preferential treatment.
