- No Matmid Club points will be earned on upgrades purchased during the flight.
- The upgrade assures a seat and service in a higher Class but does not affect ticket conditions (baggage, date changes, etc.).
Short and medium Routes – flights whose duration is up to 5.5 hours
Long haul destinations – flights whose duration is over* 12 hours
In certain cases in which First Class is not offered in its usual format, and the inflight service is that of Business Class,
