Terms & Conditions:

Daily tours will be handled by Bein Harim Tourism Services Ltd.
(hereinafter the Bein Harim Company).

• After payment has been made for the tour and confirmation received from the credit card company, a personal voucher will be sent to the customer, including name and/or number of the purchased tour and the names of the people registered for the tour (hereinafter the voucher).
• The voucher is personal and may not be transferred to anyone except those whose names appear on the voucher.
• The customer is responsible for contacting the Bein Harim Company at least 24 hours before the date of the tour to arrange a meeting point.
• Tour departures will be from hotels in Netanya, Herzlia, Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, except for tours to Petra (Jordan) which depart from hotels in Eilat.
• The customer should hand the voucher to the Bein Harim Company tour guide at the start of the tour.
• The tours and all matters pertaining to them are the sole responsibility of the Bein Harim Company and are subject to Bein Harim Company Terms and Conditions:link. EL AL bears no responsibility with regard to the tours.
