The Ticket Pack discount applies to the basic price in effect and does not apply to fuel and security surcharges, taxes and levies.
Product Description:
- Up to 2 destinations on the Ticket Pack (e.g.: a family flying twice a year to 2 different destinations or a family flying to visit relatives at a specific destination and the relatives come to Israel for a visit)
- Up to 4 family names can be included in the Ticket Pack
- For sale on V/L class only – to/from all of EL AL's direct/beyond destinations
- The Ticket Pack can be purchased for flights departing from or arriving in Tel Aviv: e.g., it is possible to combine flights from Israel to Germany and flights from Germany to Israel on one Ticket Pack.
- The tickets can be ticketed in Israel (for purchase from travel agents through Airtour) and at EL AL offices overseas.

Ticket Pack Terms:
- The Ticket Pack discount applies to the basic price in effect and does not apply to fuel and security surcharges, taxes and levies.
- The Ticket Pack is personal and nontransferable to anyone who is not on the list of pre-specified names.
- Ticket Packs in a class with 3 seasonal rates will be priced according to the middle season rate, calculated as of the date of purchase.Ticket Packs in a class with 2 seasonal rate will be priced according to the rate of the date of purchase.
- Ticket terms are in accordance with the fare that appears in the EL AL system, based on the class purchased.
- No refunds after purchase.
- Flight tickets purchased as part of the Ticket Pack are valid for 12 months from the date of the first flight.
- Passengers must utilize the Ticket Pack within a period of 12 months. If they have not been used during this period, 10% of the purchased tickets may be used within 3 months for an additional $100 per ticket to Europe and $150 per ticket to the East or to the USA.
- No refunds will be given for unused tickets.
- Not valid for code share flights, except for LX airline (Swiss), in Y class only.
- No double benefits / discounts / deals (except discounts for infants / children / seniors).
- Payments will be made in advance for the basic price + fuel surcharge.
- Changes in fuel costs will not affect the price of the Ticket Pack that was purchased (no credit for a decrease in fuel prices and no additional charge for an increase in fuel prices).
