1. Enter the www.paypal.co.il website and click on Sign Up.
2. Choose the desired type of account (Personal, Premier or Business).
3. Type in your email address, choose a password and fill in the requested personal details (which are stored with PayPal and never exposed to business owners), click on Agree and Create Account.

Can I withdraw funds from my PayPal account?
When a PayPal account has a positive balance, you can transfer money for deposit in an Israel and/or American account and/or credit your credit card account. If you transfer it to your credit card, a service fee of NIS 22 will be charged. If you transfer up to NIS 1000  to an Israeli bank account a service fee of NIS 8 will be charged. A withdrawal of NIS 1000 or more to an Israeli bank account or any amount to an American bank account is free of charge.
