As of June 1, EL AL flights departing from Rome to Israel will operate from Terminal 5
To Reach Terminal 5:
- By car – There is no parking adjacent to Terminal 5 except for dropping off passengers.
- Long-Term Parking – An internal bus leaves every 10 minutes, dropping off passengers at all terminals (A, B, C, 5)
- Short-Term Parking – A special internal bus to Terminal 5 can be found adjacent to the entrance to Terminal C.
- By train – A special internal bus to Terminal 5 can be found adjacent to the entrance to Terminal C.
- By taxi – Please ask the driver to drop you off at Terminal 5.
- By bus – A special internal bus to Terminal 5 can be found adjacent to the entrance to Terminal C.
Passengers at Terminal 5 will go through the following steps:
- Security questioning by EL AL security
- Flight check-in
- Local security and Passport Control
- Transfer to departure gates by bus (instead of transfer by Monorail today). The ride takes 3 minutes!
