ELYEZER SHKEDY

Elyezer Shkedy has been appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of EL AL Israel Airlines in January 2010. Prior to this position Shkedy was a general in the Israel Defense Force and former Commander in Chief of the Israeli Air Force.  During his service in the IDF, Shkedy participated in numerous military operations as a pilot and a strategic planner.

Elyezer Shkedy holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University and M.A with honors in Systems management at the US Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), California, USA.

NISSIM MALKI

Nissim Malki has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of EL AL Israel Airlines in 2003. Malki served as EL AL Treasurer prior to his present assignment. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Superstars Holidays Ltd.
Nissim Malki received his Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering & management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and his master's degree in business administration from Tel Aviv University.

BENJAMIN LIVNEH

Benjamin Livneh has been assigned Vice President Operations of EL AL Israel Airlines in 2010. Prior to this position, and in addition to operating B747-400 aircraft,
Capt. Livneh served as VP operations until 2002. Capt. Livneh received his bachelor's degree in economics from Bar-Ilan University and holds an LLB from the College of Management and LLM from Bar-Ilan University.

DAVID MAIMON

David Maimon has been appointed Vice President Commercial & Industry Affairs of EL AL Israel Airlines in 2010. Since 2005, David Maimon served as Vice President Customer Service. Prior to this position he served as Chief Executive Officer of Servicemen's Welfare Association, Chairman of the American Sandwich and Vice President of Human Resources at Tevel Telecom. Maimon currently serves on the Board of Directors of Tamam Aircraft Food Industries Ltd., Borenstein Caterers (USA) and Katit Ltd.
David Maimon holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Bar-Ilan University and a master's degree in business administration from Derby University.

GIL BER

GIL BER has been appointed Chief Audit Officer of El AL Israel Airlines LTD, on June 2009. During the last nine years Gil served as partner at Ernest & Young Israel.
Gil currently serves on the board of ILAN (Israel's Foundation for the Handicapped), included among the academic staff of the College of Management and serves on several committees of the Accounting and Internal Auditors institutes. Gil holds an Accounting license, is a Certified Internal Auditor in the U.S., has a B.A in accounting and Business management and holds master's degree in internal audit from Bar- Ilan University.

OMER SHALEV

Omer Shalev has been appointed General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of EL AL Israel Airlines in 2006. Prior to this assignment Shalev served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Knafaim Holdings Ltd. and Arkia Israeli Airlines. Omer Shalev received his LLB degree from Tel Aviv University.

OFFER GAT

Offer Gat has been appointed Vice President of Sales of EL AL Israel Airlines in 2010. Prior to this position Mr. Gat served as head of North American Branch of EL AL.
Mr. Gat was previously President and CEO of Clal Holdings Travel and Tours, which controls a network of 17 travel related companies, a position he held for six years.  From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Gat successively served as President and CEO of Third Millenium Tourism and Recreation Holdings; and the Managing Director of Zabar Tours, Recreation and Events, the leading Israeli company in domestic tourism. 
Mr. Gat received both an MBA and his undergraduate degree in political science from Tel Aviv University.

OFER TSABARY

Ofer Tsabary has been assigned Vice President Organization & Information Technologies of EL AL Israel Airlines in 2005. Prior to this position he served as the Chief Executive Officer of ProServe and Vice President Information Systems of Comverse upon his retirement from the military service as a Colonel. Tsabary currently serves on Sabre Israel Travel Technologies Board of Directors. Ofer Tsabary received his Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and computer science and a Master of Science in computers from Tel Aviv University.

REUVEN VIROVNIK
 
Reuven Virovnik has been appointed Vice President of Human Resources of EL AL Israel Airlines in 1999. Virovnik currently serves on Tamam Aircraft Food Industries Board of Directors and is currently Chairman of Borenstein Caterers (USA) and Katit Board of Directors.
Reuven Virovnik is a practical engineer.

SHALI (SHALOM) ZAHAVI

Shali Zahavi was appointed Vice President Cargo Division of El Al in 2010. Prior to this position Mr. Zahavi served as Director of cargo division and as a VP Commercial and Business Development at Manan group.
Mr. Zahavi received his B.Sc. in business & Marketing from state University of New York.

SHMUEL KUZI
 
Shmuel Kuzi has been appointed Vice President Maintenance & Engineering of EL AL Israel Airlines in May 2008, following his retirement from the Israeli Air Force. Among the high ranking positions he held throughout his Military Service; Chief Officer of Armament & Avionics Systems and Colonel- Commander of the Israeli Air Force Depot.
Shmuel Kuzi received his bachelor's degree in political science and master's degree in business management from Ben Gurion University.

YEHUDIT GRISARO

Yehudit Grisaro has been assigned Vice President Customer Service of El Al Israel Airlines in 2010. Prior to this position she served as Director of In-Flight Services Division upon her retirement from the military service as brigadier general as the Advisor on Women’s issues to the Army Chief of Staff.
Yehudit Grisaro received her BA in Social Science and an EMBA in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.
