Carrying Liquids on EL AL Flights from Russia to Tel Aviv

Following new directives of the Russian Aviation Authority, as of January 2014, no liquids or  sprays of any kind may be carried in hand luggage on flights departing Moscow (DME airport) and St. Petersburg (LED).

Only medications and baby food may be carried aboard the aircraft, after receiving approval from the authorities at the airport security check. In such cases, it is important to arrive early at the airport.
