FamiLY Flyers Club Programme – Questions and Answers:

What is the FamiLY Flyers Club and for whom is it intended?
The FamiLY Flyers Club is a new programme for earning points that is intended for families that fly to and from London. The program enables up to 8 family members (grandfather, grandmother parents , children, grandchildren, great grandchildren) to jointly accumulate Matmid Frequent Flyer Club points when they fly to and from London. Point accumulation towards bonus tickets and upgrades becomes much faster than before. Converting points from the joint account can also be done for flights to and from London with airlines that have partnership agreements with the Matmid Club.

  • The joint accumulation of Matmid points can be used for bonus tickets and upgrades only. Your tier in the Club (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Top Platinum) is determined by the number of points you earned personally from EL AL flights only over 12 consecutive months.
  • Points accumulated in the joint account cannot be transferred or utilized by a member who is not affiliated with the joint account.
