Terms and conditions

1. Entry is open only to families registering, or who have registered, to the “Family Flyers Club” UK. Employees of EL AL Israel Airlines and their families or anyone professionally connected with the running of this prize draw may not enter.
2. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
3. No flight booking is necessary.
4. The competition will be open until 11.59pm (GMT) on 28 APRIL 2009. Entries received after 28.4.2009 will not be accepted.
5. In order to be entered into the prize draw, you must register to the new “Family Flyers Club” on the www.elal.co.uk website or have done so already. Existing members will automatically be entered.
6. 2 winners will be selected at random and the draw made on the 29/04/2009. Each winner will receive an iPod touch. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prizes with a prize of equivalent or higher value. Otherwise, there is no cash or other prize alternative available. Only one prize per person will be given.
7. The draw will be carried out under independent supervision and the winners will be notified by telephone, post or email within 30 days of the relevant prize draw. If a winner cannot be traced using reasonable efforts, then EL AL Israel Airlines is entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner or any entrant for having done so.
8. Prizes will be sent to the address given on the entry.
9. Names of the winners may be published by EL AL Israel Airlines and reserves the right to determine that a winner is disqualified if EL AL Israel Airlines discovers that a winner was not eligible to enter the competition, is in breach of these terms and conditions or if the entry should otherwise be declared invalid.
10. The promoter of this prize draw is EL AL Israel Airlines (16 Upper Woburn Place WC1H 0AF). The promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of the prize draw.
11. Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
12. The competition and these terms and conditions shall be governed in according to English law.
