“The Membership Rewards Points are now in my Matmid account, is there anything else I need do to obtain my bonus ticket or upgrade?”
Yes, you need to request a bonus voucher to exchange for the ticket or upgrade. You can do this by logging into E-clubs with your 7-digit Matmid number and internet password. After you have issued your bonus voucher click on the link to ticket it, your E-ticket will be sent to the email address you have provided.
If you are using a voucher for an upgrade, after issuing the voucher online you will need to contact our call center at 800 223 6700 to finalize your ticket.
