Terms and restrictions for using the voucher:

1. This voucher enables payment for flight ticket only on direct flights operated by EL AL only.
2. The voucher cannot be used for purchase of a ticket for a baby.
3. The voucher can be used for purchasing flight tickets only on the EL AL website www.elal.co.il and not in any other way.
4. The voucher cannot be used for purchasing a ticket through EL AL Spontany, EL AL Basic or bonus tickets of any type.
5. The voucher cannot be redeemed for money or points.
6. The voucher cannot be used for purchasing tickets on code share flights operated by other airlines (even if the LY code is specified) or for reservations that include combined destinations.
7. The conditions for utilizing the voucher are those for the relevant deal that is specified on the voucher.
8. It is not possible to use part of the voucher or to receive change or refunds in any form for partial use of the voucher.
9. It is not possible to receive a monetary refund or a replacement voucher for an unused or lost voucher or code.
10. If the voucher or code is used in contravention of these conditions, the conditions of the relevant deal or the directives of any law, EL AL reserves the right to not honor the voucher and the code and to cancel it.
11. No more than one voucher can be used for a single reservation.
12. EL AL reserves the right to terminate this campaign at any time with no prior notification.
13. All regulations and conditions for purchasing flight tickets on the EL AL website, conditions of carriage ticket terms also apply on flight tickets purchased with a voucher.
