ESTA – Electronic System for Travel Authorization
This is to inform you that as of January 12, 2009, a passenger eligible for the Visa Waiver Program – VWP* is required to obtain an electronic travel authorization
through the attached link.
- Passengers will be required to fill out an online questionnaire and will receive an immediate reply as to whether or not they have authorization.
- The request for authorization is online (only for VWP eligible travelers) and should be made no later than 72 hours before flight departure.
- An Israeli citizen with citizenship in one of the participating countries is entitled to enter the USA under the VWP.
The following countries are on the list of participating countries: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
