Top Platinium Circle

The exclusive Top Platinum circle is intended for a select circle of EL AL's most loyal Platinum members who earned 10,000 or more points from EL AL flights (Basic Points) during 12 months or Platinum members who flew 65 flight segments in one year and earned at least 9000 points over a 12-month period from EL AL flights (Basic Points) as well as for select customers from the EL AL corporate division. The Top Platinum circle will be renewed according to the same number of points required for upgrade to this tier.

Top Platinum membership enables you to continue enjoying all of the benefits given to Matmid Club and Silver, Gold and Platinum members and to receive additional unique benefits:

  • Personal and preferential service bestowed by your Personal File Manager at the dedicated EL AL VIP Service Center that was established with the launch of the Top Platinum circle. Your Personal File Manager will be happy to be at your service on any matter, including dealing with your ongoing reservations and your personal Matmid Club account, as well as with any assistance you require in utilizing bonus tickets for you and members of your family and finding the best possible ways for earning and utilizing your points.
