EL AL and Sun D'Or International Airlines Ltd. let you earn points on all Sun D'Or flights and use the points for bonus tickets and upgrades and bonus tickets on EL AL flights, excluding last-minute reduced price tickets. (The points are "Partner Points.")

- Points accrued from partner airlines will not be considered towards entitlement for Silver / Gold / Platinum membership nor for entitlement to last-minute reduced price upgrades on EL AL flights.
- In accordance with the Matmid Club regulations, flights can be updated up to two months from the date they took place. Keep your flight ticket and your boarding ticket and submit them to the Matmid Frequent Flyer Club.
- An automatic update of points in your account takes up to 10 work days from the day your flight took place. A manual update can take up to 3 months.
- Services on Sun D'Or flights are provided in accordance with Sun D'Or International Airlines Ltd. rules. Remember, Sun D'Or is a charter company and as such does not allow advance seat selection.
