Using an upgrade voucher, you can upgrade M, S, Y class tickets to Business Class.

Tickets in C and I classes can be upgraded to First Class.

If you would like to upgrade your flight ticket from Economy Class to Business Class, your reservation must be made in R class for Business Class.
If you would like to upgrade your flight ticket from Business Class to First Class, your reservation must be made for A class in First Class. 
You can pay for upgrades with points or a combination of points and money, provided that ticket conditions allow the upgrade.

You can supplement up to half the number of points required with money.

The voucher may be transferred to any person, as long as the passenger's name is recorded on the voucher when it is ordered.
