The PIN CODE you were given when you joined the Matmid Frequent Flyer Club is necessary for obtaining information and completing transactions in your account. The PIN CODE helps the Club identify you when you call the Club's service representatives at the Matmid Club Service Center. You can change your PIN CODE at any time at the e-Clubs portal on EL AL's internet site.

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the service and products available to members, we would like to ensure that your account information as it appears on the internet is maximally secured. All you have to do is choose a new password that will serve you from now on whenever you visit the e-clubs portal. Please choose a new password of 6 - 8 characters, combining numbers and Latin letters.
