The following table relates to the number of basic points earned from EL AL flights per direction (not including the additional points awarded for tier status.)

*	Important Information Regarding Flights 5000-6000 Region H – Amman, counts for 7 points in each direction It is not possible to issue for these flights bonus vouchers or upgrade vouchers. On these flights there are no last-minute discount upgrades. There is no possibility of advanced seating or receiving a reserved seat until 48 hours(before the flight) for these flights. These points will not count for point totals for Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Top Platinum members. Club points accumulated on these flights will expire after 3 years from the date of the flight (the points are in the Extra category)

Bonus tickets, travel agents tickets, free tickets, airline employees tickets, special deal tickets, charter flight tickets and special discount tickets do not earn points.
The points are accumulated according to the class that appears on the flight ticket and not according to what is printed on the boarding card.
