2. Reservations and ticketing: J class.
3. Changing a ticket destination entails a handling fee of $30.
4. Stays: no minimum; one-year maximum.
5. Reservations through all travel agents or through the EL AL Reservations Center. Ticketing for agents through the EL AL Travel Agents’ Service Center at the EL AL Ticketing and Tariff Center.
6. Deal fares are valid for departures between November 15, 2009 and March 19, 2010.
7. Valid for new reservations only that are made from the day of publication of this deal.
8. Deal vouchers can be issued through the EL AL website on the e-club page.
   Before issuing the voucher on the website, carefully read all the deal terms before issuing the deal voucher on the website. A voucher that is issued and does not meet the terms of the deal will entail a handling fee of $30.
9. A voucher that was not used and not ticketed can be returned for a handling fee of $30 and receive a refund of the points that are valid before ticketing the voucher only.
10. A regular bonus voucher for the deal dates that was issued before publication of this deal can be returned and exchanged for a deal voucher for a handling fee of $30.
11. Ticketing conditions: over 35 days before departure, within 21 days of making the reservation. Up to 35 days before departure, within 3 days of making the reservation. Up to 3 days before departure, until 8pm of the day following the day the reservation was made.
12. Issuing a bonus ticket within 3 days before the flight entails a handling fee of $50. Platinum and Top Platinum members are exempt from payment for this service up to 24 hours before the flight.
13. These deal tickets cannot be upgraded.
14. These deal tickets do not earn points.
15. Unless otherwise determined by law, tickets cannot be cancelled after ticketing and there will be no refund of money and/or points after ticketing.
16. The ticket prices detailed above are for roundtrip (RT) in the relevant class. It is possible to purchase one way (OW) tickets in this deal by half amount of points. Tickets cannot be upgraded to a more expensive fare.
17. Tickets are valid for EL AL flights only even in cases of flight cancellations or changes made by EL AL.
18. The deal is intended for Matmid members worldwide.
