Upgrade for points (upgrade voucher)
We are pleased to inform you that we have improved and streamlined the voucher
for points system. The process will now include the following steps:
- Reservation for the higher Class, at any time you choose,
on a space available basis.
- Voucher issue close to ticketing time.
- Ticketing in the higher Class.
It is important to emphasize that:
- Upgrades to Business Class will be allowed only on purchase of tickets for Y, M, or S fare classes.
- Upgrades to First Class will be allowed on purchase of tickets at I or C fare classes.
This important improvement will help to assure satisfactory utilization of your points for upgrades to premium Classes.
