Clarification – Changes when Utilizing Bonus and Upgrade Vouchers
We would like to clarify that Club benefits awarded for premium status, such as exemption from payment for changing or canceling vouchers, refer to the tier of the Matmid account owner and not that of the passenger.
For example:
- TL or Silver (SL) Matmid members issuing bonus vouchers from a Platinum (PL) member’s account is entitled to all the benefits regarding fees for changing or canceling a voucher that apply to a Platinum member.
- Platinum (PL) customers issuing bonus vouchers from the account of a Matmid (TL) or Silver (SL) member are not entitled to the benefits that apply to their tier as they are issuing the vouchers from the account of a customer who is not entitled to the benefits of a Platinum member.
