Clause 3.7.1 has been amended to unable Companies, organizations and/ or institutions, unless EL AL at its exclusive discretion, authorized their membership in the Club due to special circumstances.

Clause 6.10 has been amended to emphasize that points may not be transferred from one member to another, unless EL AL, at its exclusive discretion, authorized the transfer of points, due to special circumstances.
