1. Reservation for the higher Class, at any time you choose, on a space available basis.
2. Voucher issue close to ticketing time.
3. Ticketing in the higher Class.

It is important to emphasize that:

1. Upgrades to Business Class will be allowed only on purchase of tickets for Y, M, or S fare classes.
2. Upgrades to First Class will be allowed on purchase of tickets at I or C fare classes.

This important improvement will help to assure satisfactory utilization of your points for upgrades to premium Classes.
