Passengers holding M, S, Y class tickets are eligible for reduced price upgrades to Business Class  

Passengers holding C and I class tickets are eligible for reduced price upgrades to First Class 

However, the member’s tier is still the most important criterion in the priority list of candidates for an upgrade, followed by the fare of the flight ticket purchased.
