Due to the many no-show cases among bonus ticket holders, which prevent other members from utilizing their entitlement to bonus tickets on the same flights, it has been decided that as of October 1, 2010 a no-show fee of $75 will be charged to bonus travelers who do not show up for flights for which they are registered with bonus tickets.

We remind you that changing the date that appears on the ticket up to 3 days before the flight date (not including the day of the flight) does not entail a fee for bonus ticket holders. Therefore, to avoid having to pay the above no-show fee, we recommend changing the flight date on the ticket in time.
