We are please to inform you that EL AL now has a new code share agreement with Siberia Airlines (S7).
Matmid Frequent Flyer Club members can earn points on code share flights operated by Siberia Airlines on the Moscow – Novosibirsk – Moscow flight segments (conditional on the flight operating with the
LY code).
Point accumulation is identical to that awarded for the Tel Aviv – Moscow – Tel Aviv route operated by EL AL.
To ensure point accumulation on the Moscow – Novosibirsk – Moscow route, you must fly the Tel Aviv – Moscow – Tel Aviv route with EL AL.

To mark the launch of the agreement, EL AL is offering 50% more points for continuation flights via Moscow.

The following table specifies the number of points earned for every flight segment as part of the deal (not including additional points awarded to premium members).
 

• The deal is valid January 1 – February 28, 2011.
• The increased point accumulation applies to flights departing for Novosibirsk LY8977, LY8973. LY8981 and LY8979 and for flights returning to Moscow LY8976, LY8974 and LY8982.
• The additional points are considered Extra Points (not counted for entitlement for upgrades or renewal of tier status or reduced price Business upgrade 48 hours before the flight and at the airport).
• Only the classes listed above earn the additional points.
• Subject to Matmid Frequent Flyer Club regulations and rules as published on the EL AL website.
