As part of our efforts to improve and streamline service for Matmid Club members, we are pleased to inform you that as of May 15th, 2011, the process of issuing bonus tickets and advance upgrades will no longer entail issuing a voucher, in line with the practice of other airlines.
All you have to do is make a reservation. Your account will automatically be charged for the required number of points and your bonus ticket will be issued and sent to you by email.
When your ticket is issued, your account will list the number of points debited, the Class of your seat on the flight and the flight destination. You will be able to view these details whenever you wish.
Conditions for Utilizing Bonus Vouchers Issued Up to
May 14, 2011.
- Vouchers for bonus tickets or upgrades that were not ticketed by the end of May 14, 2011 will be canceled on May 15, 2011 and the points will be refunded to the member’s account.
- The validity of points that are refunded to members’ accounts will be as follows:
- If the expiration date of the points is later than that of the voucher, the points will be refunded with their original expiration date.
- If the expiration date of the points is earlier than or the same as that of the voucher, the points will be refunded with the original expiration date of the voucher.
