Deal Terms:
- Prices include taxes and surcharges. Nevertheless, airport taxes are subject to change by the relevant authorities and due to exchange rate fluctuations. The fare at the time of ticketing will prevail.
- The prices are per person - conditional on two passengers sharing a room.
- The deal is valid for departures until June 30, 2013, on the dates mentioned above for tickets in O class.
- The deal is valid for select flights at select times, subject to seat availability.
- Minimum stay – Saturday or Sunday (not including day of flight); maximum stay – one month.
- It is possible to upgrade to higher category hotels and/or add nights for additional payment. The hotel can be upgraded for an additional payment. For details contact Sun D’Or Holidays.
- Hotel reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability at the time the reservation is made.
- Responsibility for services provided at the hotel and for honoring special requests is exclusively that of the hotel.
- Canceling the hotel reservation entails a fee in accordance with the supplier’s conditions.
- Canceling the reservation after ticketing will entail a payment in accordance with ticket conditions.
- The voucher can be used at the hotel only on the date specified.
- No refunds will be made for ground services that are not used.
- The deal is valid for flights operated by EL AL only.
- The deal is valid as long as the supply lasts. The minimum number of tickets offered as part of the deal is 100.
- The fares are valid for direct EL AL flights and are not valid for code share flights, even when operated by EL AL.
- Subject to legal stipulations, changing or canceling the ticket after it has been issued, if allowed by the terms of the ticket, entails a fee, as determined by the ticket conditions.
- Subject to legal stipulations, changing and/or canceling a flight ticket after it has been issued entails a payment according to ticket conditions. Without detracting from the aforesaid, regarding a “remote sales transaction,” as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 – 1981 (henceforth: Consumer Protection Law), cancelation of the transaction is allowed within 14 days from the transaction date but not less than seven work days before the date of the departure flight (the first flight as specified on the flight ticket/reservation confirmation voucher). Regarding a transaction that is not a “remote sales transaction” as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, consumer protection regulations (cancelation of transaction), 5771-2010, will apply, according to which cancelation of the transaction will be allowed within 14 work days from the completion of the transaction, but not fewer than 18 work days before the departure of the flight (the first flight as specified on the flight ticket/reservation confirmation voucher). The above will not apply to accommodations, trips, vacation and recreation that take place outside of Israel, including continuation flights for flights that departed from Israel and which are operated by another airline and to vacation packages outside of Israel, for which the passenger received cancelation conditions from the service provider before completing the transaction. The cancelation must be made in writing, by email or fax, directly to the party from whom the flight ticket was purchased. If these conditions are met, a cancelation fee of 5% of the value of the total price of the ticket or NIS 100, the lesser of the two, will be charged. In all other cases, and subject to all laws, the person making the reservation will be charged according to EL AL’s cancelation policy, subject to ticket conditions. For this matter, not using transportation services that have been ordered, whether in whole or in part, for any reason, will also be considered cancelation of a reservation.
- This is to clarify that, subject to legal stipulations, no refund will be given on payment for a ticket that was not used, in full or in part, including cases in which medical certificates are presented to support the reason for the cancelation. Likewise, any amount paid towards a canceled reservation will not constitute credit towards future EL AL flight reservations.
- EL AL may cancel the deal or change the conditions at anytime with no prior notification.
- Fares may vary in cases of combined destinations.
- Regarding the flights, EL AL's transportation conditions will apply, as specified on the EL AL website, www.elal.co.il.
