Flights to Germany

Deal Terms:

1. The benefit is for passengers flying in O class or higher
2. Departures till Jun 30, 2013.
3. Economy Class – Leisure trip – Minimum stay at destination Saturday or Sunday, except for Berlin – Minimum 3 days, Maximum stay One year.
   Economy Class – Business trip - Minimum stay at destination 3 Days, Maximum stay One year.
   Business Class - Minimum stay at destination 3 Days or Saturday.
4. Business class fare for departure to Munich and Berlin Is available for purchase till 3 days before departure.
5. The fares are valid for direct EL AL flights only.
6. For every flight segment, the passenger is entitled to one coupon for use on the train, which must be used within 24 hours of the flight date.
7. The coupon is for all of the many DB destinations in Germany.
8. For ticket reservations made through a travel agent, the boarding card for the train will be issued at the airport.
9. Subject to legal stipulations, changing or cancelling the ticket after it has been issued, if allowed by the terms of the ticket, entails a fee, as determined by the ticket conditions.
10. Subject to legal stipulations, changing and/or cancelling a flight ticket after it has been issued entails a payment according to ticket conditions. Without detracting from the aforesaid, regarding a “remote sales transaction,” as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 – 1981 (henceforth: Consumer Protection Law), cancelation of the transaction is allowed within 14 days from the transaction date but not less than seven work days before the date of the departure flight (the first flight as specified on the flight ticket/reservation confirmation voucher). Regarding a transaction that is not a “remote sales transaction” as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, consumer protection regulations (cancelation of transaction), 5771-2010, will apply, according to which cancelation of the transaction will be allowed within 14 work days from the completion of the transaction, but not fewer than 18 work days before the departure of the flight (the first flight as specified on the flight ticket/reservation confirmation voucher). The above will not apply to accommodations, trips, vacation and recreation that take place outside of Israel, including continuation flights for flights that departed from Israel and which are operated by another airline and to vacation packages outside of Israel, for which the passenger received cancelation conditions from the service provider before completing the transaction. The cancelation must be made in writing, by email or fax, directly to the party from whom the flight ticket was purchased. If these conditions are met, a cancelation fee of 5% of the value of the total price of the ticket or NIS 100, the lesser of the two, will be charged. In all other cases, and subject to all laws, the person making the reservation will be charged according to EL AL’s cancelation policy, subject to ticket conditions. For this matter, not using transportation services that have been ordered, whether in whole or in part, for any reason, will also be considered cancelation of a reservation.
11. This is to clarify that, subject to legal stipulations, no refund will be given on payment for a ticket that was not used, in full or in part, including cases in which medical certificates are presented to support the reason for the cancelation. Likewise, any amount paid towards a cancelled reservation will not constitute credit towards future EL AL flight reservations.
12. The deal is valid as long as the supply lasts. The minimum number of seats offered in this deal is 500.
13. EL AL may cancel the deal or change the conditions at anytime with no prior notification.
14. Fares may vary in cases of combined destinations.
15. Contacting the Direct Sales Center entails a handling fee of $10.
16. Regarding the flights, EL AL's transportation conditions will apply, as specified on the EL AL website, www.elal.co.il.
