Which aircraft will EL AL operate on the Eilat flights and what kind of service will be offered?
EL AL passengers will enjoy Eilat flights on the Boeing 737-700 aircraft, as on international flights. Passengers will enjoy pampering and comfortable Economy Class service, spacious seats, entertainment programs and a choice of audio channels.

At which terminal will EL AL depart / arrive and when should passengers arrive at the airport
- For flights to Eilat from overseas destinations
EL AL flights arriving at Ben-Gurion Airport from overseas land at Terminal 3.Passengers pass through passport control and then collect their baggage and take it with them to Terminal 1. Transfers to Terminal 1 are via a free internal shuttle operated by the Airports Authority. The shuttle to Terminal 1 is located near the exit gate from the terminal.
- For flights from Eilat to overseas destinations on EL AL continuation flights, what is the procedure for transferring from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3?
EL AL flights from Eilat land at Terminal 1, Ben-Gurion Airport’s terminal for domestic flights. The transfer to Terminal 3 is via a free shuttle operated by the Airports Authority. The shuttle to Terminal 3 is located in front of Terminal 1, adjacent to the departure gate from the terminal. Checked baggage will be transferred directly to EL AL's international flight.
Shuttle Frequency – every 15 – 20 minutes, 24 hours a day, throughout the week.

Is it possible to reserve a specific seat on the flight?
EL AL allows passengers to choose seats in advance on these flights, just as it does on international flights. Passengers can arrive at check-in, knowing that the seat they chose awaits them.

If I purchase a flight to Eilat, can I make a stopover in Tel Aviv?
EL AL passengers flying to Eilat can make a stopover in Tel Aviv (both directions), with special fares available.
Important: Currently EL AL website is not capable of selling Eilat flights with stopovers.
For passengers who purchase tickets from the EL AL website, and wish for a stopover, may purchase the Eilat flight separately by contacting our ELAL offices on (011) 620 2525.

Which documents are required for security inspection process?
According to Security guidelines- each passenger must present one of the following identification documents: an ID card or passport or driver's license or military ID card or a policeman ID (originals not copies). Children traveling unaccompanied by parents are required to present an ID card of their parents. Passengers with foreign citizenship are required to present a passport only.
