Check-in for EL AL flights
Main Terminal
El AL check-in is located at counters 51 - 53. During winter time on weekends the check-in counters are 40 - 44.
Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure. Required check-in for Economy class is no later than 2hours prior to departure. For groups no later than 3 hours prior to departure.
Check-in for Business class passengers, Top Platinum, Platinum or Gold card holders is no later than 1 ½ hours prior to departure. For your information the IL security checks are before check-in.
Passengers on transit shall report immediately and not later than 1hour before departure to the Israeli Security at gate located between C58 and C57.
Our customers travelling in business class or holding a Top Platinum, Platinum, Gold or KDM card may use our lounge called “HORIZON” which is owned by Swissport.
The lounge is situated after local security, to the right at the mezzanine.
Persons with reduced mobility:
Since November 2009, Geneva Airport is taking care of passengers with reduced mobility. Reception area is near desk 45 (check-in level) and lift requests are available at parking P1, P20 and at the Swiss Railways station Bus stop.
