This course provides a detailed description, operation, and component location, removal and installation, BITE and troubleshooting procedures.
Course Objectives and Duration:
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
Recall the principal through maintenance activities of the aircraft including fault isolation
Recall systems and aircraft handling, particularly access power availability and sources
Recall the location of the principal components
Recall the normal function of each major system including terminology and nomenclature
Interpret readings and indications provided by BITE and other information systems
Identify and use family of ATA 100 reference manuals
