  “HOT” TV AND FILM PERSONALITIES FLY EL AL
FOR WEEK LONG VACATION IN ISRAEL

New York, NY – May 7, 2012
– A group of eight popular TV and film personalities flew EL AL Airlines to Israel and are touring throughout the country this week. The celebrities, most of whom are first time visitors to the Holyland, are Paul Johansen (The CW’s “One Tree Hill”), Mekhi Phifer, Omar Epps (FOX medical drama, "House"), Paget Brewster (CBS crime drama, “Criminal Minds”), Holly Robinson Peete, AnnaLynne McCord, Holt McCallany and Zach Roerig.

While in Israel, tour highlights include visits to Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Caesarea, the Sea of Galilee, Masada and the Dead Sea, Akko, Svat, Haifa and the Golan Heights. They will see the Old City of Jerusalem via a moonlight bike tour, meet with an all deaf and blind Israeli theatre group and experience Tel Aviv nightlife with well-known Israeli actors and actresses. The group is also meeting with leading Israeli journalists and celebrities as well as with government officials. 

This trip is being coordinated by Americas Voices In Israel, the Israel Ministry of Diplomacy, the Israel Ministry of Tourism, the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs and EL AL Israel Airlines.
